Melbourne – Animal Photographer Coming To Town.
I love dogs. I love photography. So, it makes sense that I love dog photography. I have fallen in love with Wet Nose Fotos Pet Portraiture by Queensland photographer, Shannon. My dog has fallen in love with her blog too after he won a dog bowl and yummy treat from it, but I’ll post about that another time!
I’ve been drooling over the Wet Nose Fotos blog and offered to help promote her special offer to Melbournians. Really just an excuse to post cute pictures of dogs! Shannon is organising a visit to Melbourne and wants to photograph the southern pooches. (Disclaimer: She is an equal-opportunity photographer and also photographs reptiles, mammals and birds. I’ve heard through the bone-vine that travels far and wide, that the Queensland four-legged clients are sending her to Melbourne under the guise of “dog photography”. Apparently, they actually want her to scope out the trend setters in Melbourne and report back on whether or not Victorian dogs are more fashionable than Queensland dogs. Whether their tails are fluffier. Chew bones bigger. Cafe bowls cleaner. Teeth whiter. Curls curlier. Breath sweeter. Hair softer. Leashes longer. Noses wetter. You know, all important doggy fashion stuff. And you thought battle of the states was just between the humans. Phew. The talk that goes on at the dog parks is worthy of it’s own reality show!
So, in all seriousness (seriously), have a look at her website and blog and see if you would like her to photograph you and your pooch/animal when she’s in Melbourne. Please let me know if you do a session, I’d love to hear how it goes!
